José Luis Rodríguez Álvarez.

Mechanical and Industrial Engineer. 37-year entrepreneur in the oil and gas industry. Former Founder Partner and President of Fox Petrol S.A (1997-2022) with activities in the downstream, upstream, and trading of hydrocarbons. Partner and Former Vice President of RODIAL S.A, Founder Member of the Patagonian Chamber of Oil Services Companies. Member and Managing Director of NQN TRUCK LLC (USA). Managing Partner of JLRA & Asociados.

Guillermo Miguez

Degree in Economic Sciences and specialization in Oil and Gas Production. 20 years as a member of boards of directors and as an area manager with multinational corporations. Chairman of JV’s Operating Committees for the exploration, production, and transportation of hydrocarbons and energy. 12 years in consulting services for the oil and gas industry in Argentina. Lead negotiator in long-term agreements for the purchase and sale of hydrocarbon and field services and in strategic alliances between companies or with governments. Empresas: Santa Fe Energy, Home Oil Exploration, Devon Energy, Fox Petrol, Petrobras Argentina, TSB S.A., PWC, PdSur Services LLC.

Daniel Coñumilla

Degree in Economic Sciences and Certified Public Accountant. 15 years as Controller and Financial Manager of companies rendering supporting services for the exploration and production of oil and gas. 18 years as an independent consultant for the purchase and sale of equipments, and the associated financing, for companies in the downstream and oil service sectors. Companies: Fox Petrol, Tiser, Tecnofractura, Pinro, Ensing Argentina, Altamore e hijos , Codesin.
